Amazing lovely location, in the centre of the town. Rich, wonderful breakfasts with complimentary homemade blueberry muffins, American options plus orange juice.

Perfect location in Ambleside, right by good transport links, centre, and Ambleside. Also, close to all shops and restaurants. Airy and immaculate room with waterproof speaker in the shower, coffee maker, for instance, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Savoury and delicious breakfast, a great selection of food and beverages.

Cute and friendly hosts made us feel at home.
The parking situation was a nightmare, as spaces were scarce . My room was in need of refurbishment, quite disappointing. The constant street traffic noise outside made it hard to relax in the evenings.

Staying here was an absolute treat! The room we had was a stylish Deluxe King Room, and breakfast was a highlight, with loads of delicious options to choose from. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy for us to explore attractions like the Ambleside Roman Fort and Stock Ghyll Force, all just a short walk away. We especially loved the personal touches from the hosts which made our stay feel special.

The breakfast spread was generous, with high-quality local ingredients and accommodating various dietary needs.
While the room was modern and comfortable, I think more hooks in the bathroom for towels would enhance the convenience.

Ready, Set, Regret (Or Not!)
Megan and John. The breakfast was extraordinary, bursting with local flavors and choices. A quick stroll led us to shops and eateries, and the added free parking pass was a sweet bonus. Can't forget Mia the dog, who brought even more joy!

cozy accommodations but street noise disrupted peace
My room was a comfortable size and beautifully decorated, awesome for a tranquil atmosphere. The ensuite was also spacious, with a powerful hot shower that provided a refreshing start to each day. Breakfast offered a generous variety, and I particularly appreciated the vegan options. The room's mountain view added to the serenity of my stay.
Occasional street noise broke the otherwise quiet experience.

Super comfy stay!
We really loved our time here! The room was super cozy and had a nice vibe-totally our style. Breakfast was just fabulous too, with so many choices, including awesome vegan options! The only bummer was some noise from outside, but it wasn't too bad. John and Meg were really helpful.

The Beautiful King Suite was a serene escape, with lovely views and a well-equipped space. Breakfast options were plentiful and the homemade scones were a highlight of the mornings. The occasional street noise disrupted the otherwise peaceful ambiance, and additional hooks in the bathroom for towels would have been helpful. The hosts were cute.

Meg and john were super friendly. Location is central, close to everything we wanted to do. Breakfast was delish, so much food and local stuff. Room was modern, tidy, and comfy bed. Mia the dog was a lovely bonus, so sweet and well-behaved.
There wasn't much noise from other guests, but a bit from the street outside sometimes. Would have liked more hooks in the bathroom for towels.

The stay was fantastic, with a super comfy bed and great coffee machine in our spotless room. I loved chilling in the cozy lounge area and exploring the lovely garden in my downtime. The only minor hiccup was that some parts of the place looked a bit outdated, but that didn't take away from the experience at all. 😊
